At last!, At last! <3
Since two years I’ve wanted to participate in a G45’s call and when I saw the announcement of 2016…well, I started to “plot” exciting ideas to show in this post -or improve some I had in my mind-. It was THE OPPORTUNITY.
But I don’t want write so much. I’m going to show my three projects and the tutorial. Fingers Crossed!
FIRST PROJECT: “Little Forest”
“Little Forest” is a micro and fairy ecosystem in which live many tiny, precious and funny fairies, ladybugs, social insects and a bunny family soundrounded by small pieces of forest.
I used “Once upon a Springtime” paper collection.
• “Once Upon a Springtime” paper.
• “Enchanted Forest” paper.
• “Flight of fancy”paper.
• “Fairy folk”paper.
-Natural olive wood.
-Natural elements (little pines, hibiscus flower, verbena, fibre of coconut, moss, rosemary, olive leaves) and false grass.
SECOND PROJECT: “Graphic 45 Tarot”
I’m a collector of Tarot decks and I thought that…make a Graphic 45’s tarot could be a good idea. So, I decided to make some cards of tarot, using different G45’s collection papers. I’ve made my favourites major arcana of complete desk.
I used different G45’s collections.
• “Modern Marvel” paper from “Steampunk Debutante” collection.
• “Apotechary” paper from “Olde Curiosity Shoppe” collection.
• “Nouveau Artistry” from “Steampunk Debutante” collection.
• “Time Warp” and “Time Flies” from “Steampunk Debutante” collection.
• “Frightful Folly” from “Steampunk Spells” collection.
-Metal small gears.
-Modernist frame designed by me.
-Different elements from G45’s papers.
THIRD PROJECT: “Typography pencil box”
I wanted to create (from a coffee box that I recycled) a piece to keep my brushes and decorate the desk of my scrap-room with a vintage style.
I used “Typography” paper collection.
• “Inscribe” paper.
• “Dream” paper.
-Old altered brushes.
-Embossing wooden embellishment.
And, at last, I want to share with you a step-by-step tutorial. The proyect is a small box to keep my oil pastels and, again, it’s about nature.
TUTORIAL : “A piece of nature”.
